Well I have decided it is time to get back in shape as I have let things slip the last year so starting NOW I am going to be working on my attitude to eating and my food choices. To start with I do a 6 week half portion size eating plan where I eat only half the amount I normally would so my body get’s use to eating less food. I will report all the details of the tools, menus and tips on my site for healthy eating found here
